Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may result in a cancellation fee.

• Refunds are not provided for completed services. For prepaid packages or unused treatments, partial refunds or credits may be issued at management’s discretion.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) may result in forfeiture of deposits or prepayments.
